Chioma is our lead researcher. At Awoyokun Consulting, Chioma lends her excellent research and writing skills to the production of our research reports.

She has a BSc in Estate Management, and MTech in Construction Management and is currently pursuing her PhD in Engineering Management from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She has published over 30 articles related to the built environment in accredited journals and conference proceedings, some of which won the Best Paper Award. A top performer, she was awarded the Golden Key Award for top 15% performing students at the University of Johannesburg in 2016.

Chioma brings her well horned skill for detail and interest in research on the built environment to the team.
